Carriers and Rates

We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, dimensions, and delivery address — so you will always see the exact cost before you complete your purchase.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order is placed and processed, standard domestic shipping typically arrives within 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location and the carrier. Processing time (packing and handing off to the carrier) is generally 1 to 2 business days after your order is placed.

Please note that carrier delays can occasionally happen, especially during peak seasons and holidays. We appreciate your patience when they do.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please take a photo of the packaging and the item and contact us right away. We will work with you to make it right.

If your order appears to be lost in transit or significantly delayed beyond the estimated window, reach out to us and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once a package has been handed off, but we will always do our best to help you get a resolution.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not able to redirect packages once they have shipped, and we cannot be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you catch a mistake right after placing your order, contact us immediately and we will do our best to correct it before it ships.
