Speaking Engagement Terms

Thank you for your interest in having Jacqueline Gore speak at your event. Jacqueline's story is one of resilience, transformation, and hope — and she brings that same energy to every stage she steps onto. The following terms are in place to make sure every engagement runs smoothly for both of you.

About Jacqueline's Speaking Content

Jacqueline's presentations are rooted in her own lived experiences — including surviving abuse, homelessness, mental health challenges, and more. Her content is drawn from personal story and is intended to inspire, uplift, and motivate. It is not professional therapy, clinical counseling, or medical advice, and should not be treated as such.

Booking Process

To book Jacqueline for your event, start by submitting an inquiry through the website or reaching out directly by email. Once the details of your event are confirmed — including the date, location, audience, and session goals — you will receive a booking confirmation outlining the agreed terms.

A deposit may be required to hold your event date. Deposit amount and payment schedule will be specified in your booking confirmation.

Session Details

Each speaking engagement is a 2-hour session. Jacqueline travels to your location and brings her presence, story, and message — what she needs from you is the venue and any event logistics on your end (space, seating, A/V if applicable).

Sessions can be tailored to your audience and event theme. Let us know your goals during the inquiry process and Jacqueline will make sure her presentation fits your crowd.

Fees and Payment

Jacqueline's speaking fee is negotiable based on the nature and scope of the event. Fee, payment method, and due dates will all be confirmed in writing before the engagement is finalized. Payment is typically due in full by the date of the event unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Travel expenses (transportation, lodging if overnight travel is required) are separate from the speaking fee and will be discussed during booking.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

By the client: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us as soon as possible by email. Cancellations made more than 14 days before the scheduled engagement may be eligible for a full refund of any deposit paid. Cancellations within 14 days of the event may result in forfeiture of the deposit. We understand that life happens — reach out and we will work with you when we can.

By Jacqueline: In the rare event that Jacqueline must cancel due to illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond her control, you will be notified as soon as possible and given the option to reschedule or receive a full refund of any deposit paid.
